Exhibition information:
In May 2025, selected neighbourhoods in Arbon, Weinfelden, and Warth will be transformed into vibrant stages for the Front Yard Festival. Over three weekends, we invite you to experience the creative diversity that thrives in the front yards of our communities. Artists working in the areas of installation, performance, literature, dance and music engage in dialogue with residents and create unique performances.
Each location will host new forms of neighbourhood festival: visitors will gather at the festival center and will be invited on guided walks through the neighbourhood, with the front yards as the focal point. The festival is not only a cultural event but also a platform for encounters and discussions, bringing contemporary art directly into people's everyday lives.
The grand finale will be the Front Yard Revue at Kunstraum Kreuzlingen, where the collaborations and projects developed during the festival will be celebrated.
