Exhibition information

The Art Môtiers exhibition is a unique celebration of contemporary Swiss art. It has been organized every four to eight years since 1985 in the magical surroundings of the millennial village of Môtiers at the heart of Val-de-Travers. The 2026 edition of Art Môtiers builds on this continuity, but also heralds a range of new features. Around 40 artists from all over the country were selected to once again transform the surrounding countryside into a unique open-air art space.

You can stroll from one work of art to the next while enjoying a pleasant walk through the village and the surrounding forests inhabited by stories and legends. The natural beauty of the landscape, combined with the artistic installations, creates an extraordinary setting in which you can immerse yourself completely.

The exhibition is suitable for discerning art lovers, curious newcomers and families looking for an original and enriching excursion. It offers two options for the tour, one of which is also accessible to people with limited mobility.
